Really nice experience there. Wonderful, charming hotel with highly efficient people and excellent location in the center of everything. Location right by Mussoorie, The Pine Retreat out and a taxi to go back and forth. Comfy bed and newly remodelled and neat room. Had modern central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Free parking on site provided. Everything very good...

The hotel was beautifully decorated and cozy, perfect for a hillside retreat. The location was great, tucked away from the chaos but still just a short walk from the main area. The staff was fantastic, always willing to help and prioritize my needs. And the food was surprisingly delicious, especially considering we were in the mountains.
Some of the rooms were lacking a view which made them feel claustrophobic. , accessing the property was not easy as the steep climb can be difficult for some guests.

Nestled in the hills overlooking a scenic valley, this hotel provides a perfect seclusion for those who want to relax. Its location also provides easy access to nearby scenic spots such as the Mall Road and Gun Point. The rooms are tastefully decorated and feature a classic colonial architecture fused with modern amenities such as 24-hour hot water supply. Service is attentive and mindful and the food is delicious.
Limited accessibility for those who are not used to driving in hills.

Pleasant Stay with Friendly Staff
We had a pleasant stay at a charming, old-world hotel just a short walk away from the bustling Mall Road. The interiors of the hotel were beautifully decorated, giving it a British guesthouse charm. The rooms were cozy and offered a lovely view of either the garden or the valley.
Although there were no indoor amenities for kids, the hotel made up for it with a bonfire in the evening, great to enjoy the cold weather of Mussoorie. The only drawback was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing steam and smells to linger.
